The Front Desk Loyalty Coordinator will focus on enhancing our guest (including Homeowner and VIP's) experience through administrative processes prior to, during and after their hotel stay. The goal of this position is to enhance the experience and anticipate their needs prior to arrival. This is done by proper room selection, developing an understanding of why the guest is visiting Blue Mountain, determining specific requests and cascading this information to the operating departments to execute. The Loyalty Coordinating also plays a role during the in-house guest experience and any post stay feedback that we receive. Actively supports Front Office teams with daily operational needs.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Assigning rooms (hard block) for all hotel guests with special attention to meet the requests of our VIP and Loyalty Program guests.
- Working to enhance our processes and awareness around VIP, Blue Star and Blue Sapphire arrivals and ensure the best possible Blue Mountain experience.
- Monitoring repeat guests and service recovery guests to ensure that their future visits with us is perfect. Ensure communication to appropriate business units so that they can also ensure a positive guest experience.
- Performing "Call Backs" to VIPs, Homeowners and guests who have checked in with us to ensure that they are enjoying their stay.
- Maintaining our inventory of complimentary guest items used for VIPs. This includes distributing items for use, regular inventory of items and ordering required items through Blue Mountain's Purchase Requisition Process.
- Leveraging various resort systems to report, analyze, channel feedback and make recommendations to uplift our guest experience.
- Working in concert with hotel departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance) to coordinate / support pre-arrival inspections to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and highly organized.
- Strong working knowledge of Cenium Property Management System.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel)
- Team-oriented with a friendly, cheerful, positive, and animated demeanor.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and issue resolution.
