Currently we are hiring **“Data Governance” with one of our banking customer, Toronto location.**

Mode : Contract

To Start with 6 months of contract with possible extension

**Job Description**:

- Support the evolution of Banking Data Governance - Understand, review and document feedback on the evolving enterprise Data Governance program and its operationalization.
- Support and document Banking Data Governance program materials - Document and maintain materials supporting the PBB data governance implementation including procedure documents, stakeholder educational/instructional materials, materials supporting data governance execution and tracking of data governance issues.
- Prepare Banking Data Governance Council materials - maintain and document the current and planned data governance implementation, the status and KPIs of data within data governance capabilities, document and follow up on next steps activities
- Relationship Management - Serve as a liaison between technology, Business and Functional areas to ensure that data governance program requirements are clearly defined, communicated, well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.
- You can demonstrate experience in supporting enterprise wide data governance including measuring/monitoring data quality, documenting and designing processes related to business lineage & traceability, policy management, governance/quality metrics development & reporting, workflow and issue management, data stewardship management (roles and responsibilities), data classification and/or data catalogue management.
- You are a problem solver. You have exceptional critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills with demonstrated ability to independently identify and analyze business problems and recommend solutions.
- You can be clearly understood. You have very strong communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely present information to groups and individuals at all levels in the organization.
