**What will you work on?**

The Data Governance Intern will have responsibility of supporting the development of a plan to align work functions in the master data management team to provide global business support.

**How will you create impact?**
- Review and understand the current process performed by the data teams
- Plan and execute a series of interviews with current team members to understand role and document skills
- Provide recommendations on how to change the business process to better utilize resources in a global capacity
- Do a cost analysis of Onshore vs offshore vs outsourcing
- Partner with the Manager of Data Governance for project deliverables
- Develop and capture KPIs to identify drops in data quality
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all requisite activities are being performed to standard
- Engage with stakeholders to identify pain points and gaps in current master data and Data Governance support
- Recommend business improvements or automations based on analysis of the tasks
- Develop a formal presentation that shows recommendations, risks, process gaps, KPI baselines, and resource skill distribution
- Take responsibility for project results and the quality of project execution

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Available for hybrid work model, 3 days per week in office
- Must be able to work full-time as an intern
