**About the Role**:
You are a generalist, a jack of all trades whom we will ask for constant support.
You have the attitude, skills and commitment to do numerous marketing tasks proficiently and on-time.
To succeed in the role, you must also be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

**Location**: It is a MUST that you live in Fredericton or Halifax. This is an on-site job (at least 4 days a week).

**Required Education & Credentials**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with marketing tech stacks such as WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Account-Based Marketing Platforms, etc. are a strong asset and we will ask for evidence.
- Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc (2 years minimum)
- At least 1+ year with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Bonus: Experience with paid media, website, SEO/SEM

**Core competencies we are looking for**:

- Strong copywriting/editing, and proofreading skills are a MUST.
- Strong communication and written skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Willingness and ability to learn on a steep learning curve.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast pace working environment.
