**Job Summary**:
The Armour Group is a multi-dimensional investment firm that integrates concept design, development,

Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator must be an
enthusiastic doer who is curious and creative. The Marketing Coordinator play a key role in events
across all properties, including the Queen’s Marque district, Muir hotel, Historic Properties, and the
Delta Dartmouth. The role will also include reporting, content creation, social monitoring, and web
updates.

As an integral part of the Marketing & Communications team, their well-honed skills will be applied
across a variety of business areas from commercial and residential leasing to premium hotel marketing.

join our growing team from our downtown Halifax location.

**Key Job Duties:
- Reporting on performance - campaigns, websites, digital footprint, media reach
- Assisting with events and media relations
- Assisting with content creation, social monitoring, and media listening
- Updating and maintaining sales collateral and brand documents for various properties
- Managing brand standards for a variety of brands
- Managing and updating websites (Squarespace, WordPress & hotel brand sites)

**Core Competencies**:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to working with others and sharing
- information- Ability to work effectively both on an independent basis and as a member of a team
- Strong computer skills in a PC environment including: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suites is desirable
- Sound knowledge of popular social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and
- Instagram- Strong understanding of digital / social media metrics and analytics

**Education Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent
