As we continue to grow we are looking to add a **Regional Administrator** in our Woodbridge Office** to the Scandi Family

Reporting into the Manager of Administrative Services and EVP of Canadian Operations
The Office Manager acts as the “face” of our regional office acting as main point of contact and ensuring visitors and employees receive a positive welcome. Your personable disposition and dynamic professionalism will shine through as you deal efficiently with our internal and external partners. Your mission is to promote a positive office culture and ensure the office runs smoothly with a friendly customer service approach.
**What your day to day will look like**:
- Oversee and maintain office equipment and inventory of all office supplies coordinating service when required
- Assisting IT with hardware set up for regional team members and managing moves, adds, and changes to workstations as we continue to grow
- Maintain local inventory of uniforms and update the uniform tracker
- Take the lead on office events and social gatherings as required
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within an office environment.
- Familiarity with MS office products and intermediate Excel proficiency
- High level of organization and excellent communication skills with great phone etiquette
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, handling multiple demanding priorities at once and acting with a sense of urgency
- Experience working with Sage, Smartsheet, 8x8, and Lighthouse considered an asset
