Promise Robotics is a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup with a mission to help the building industry to harness automation toward producing more affordable and sustainable buildings. Our world-class team combines AI, Industrialized Robotics, and construction under one roof to develop the most advanced robotic products for the construction of highly efficient and sustainable buildings.

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our team, who demonstrates a strong commercial aptitude and can translate these insights into a data-driven go-to-market strategy and compelling marketing campaigns inclusive of product branding, consumer segmentation, product positioning and product messaging.

This role will be key in shaping and executing Promise Robotics' commercialization strategy and be responsible for successfully launching our product to market, helping generate demand and ensuring sales, marketing and customer success are consistent on messaging.

The Director of Product Marketing is a strategic role in the business and will work closely with the Executive Team and other key stakeholders to develop clear, concise, and effective communication that will facilitate cooperation between internal functions and drive differentiated product marketing strategies that leverage strong consumer, market, and competitive data.

**What you'll do**:

- **Go To Market Strategy**:

- Working alongside the sales and product teams, build out an actionable go-to-market strategy that is founded on market intelligence, competitive analysis and a clear product path, focused on driving demand and interest for our advanced AI-enabled robotic production systems.
- Build and execute, with the team, a clear product marketing strategy that will effectively position and differentiate our product in the market, including a clear articulation of our unique value proposition.
- Support the entire revenue cycle from demand to transaction and beyond, taking the lead on product launch initiatives and ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
- ** Product Marketing**:

- Act as chief customer and product evangelist attracting new clients through various networks, presentations, and key events to further engage potential new sources of revenue and promote our established vision to strengthen the pipeline (tradeshows, product launch events demos etc.).
- Empower our go-to-market team with impactful messaging to drive revenue including the creation of marketing collateral, such as sales enablement materials, product documentation, and promotional content.
- Craft and push product campaigns at various stages of the product’s lifecycle that are geared towards product messaging, demand generation, customer retention and content strategies (case studies/success stories) to support impactful growth and product awareness.
- **Data & Analytics**:

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
- ** Customer Experience/Success**:

- Define & refine the customer journey so that the most effective elements are protected and enhanced, any points of pain are addressed, and we anticipate where their needs are going next seamlessly integrating into the product development process.
- Continuously work across a cross-functional team to enhance the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing success.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- 10+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development within the construction sector or related fields.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills with excellent networking, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Experience developing market entry strategies for new markets within Ontario would be an asset.
- Strong ability to establish credibility and influence industry leaders and business partners.
- Experience developing relationships with high-level decision-makers, with a track record of working effectively with both existing and emerging innovative products and solutions.
