We are a small and reputable law firm that is well-established in Saskatoon's legal community. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. Within regular office hours, we offer flexibility to structure your working hours to meet your needs.

**The successful applicant will demonstrate**:

- Proficiency using PCLaw, Quickbooks or Sage
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to organize and analyze documents
- Familiarity with GST & PST filings and remittances
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn real estate conveyancing in Saskatchewan including knowledge of ISC registrations and mortgage platforms as well as conveyancing

**And will**:

- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, follow instructions with mínimal supervision and take initiative
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Understand and demonstrate the importance of privacy and confidentiality

A criminal record check will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
