Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our team as a** Shop Logistics Administrator**. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, the** Shop Logistics Coordinator **will support our team by providing strong administrative management and logistics coordination to the Inventory Control Manager.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that all administrative and logistics policies and procedures are in place and followed.
- Ensuring that all staff are trained on the appropriate administrative and financial procedures.
- Taking responsibility for the effective administrative oversight of all aspects of inventory and logistics operations.
- Assuring accuracy and validity of inventory balances
- Completing Inventory Stock Transactions
- Placing material orders and arranging picking of materials with Inventory Team
- Reviewing Team payroll and recording hours worked.
- Assisting the Inventory & Logistics Manager with all other administrative tasks.
- Scheduling logistics deliveries
- Taking minutes at meetings as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Working collaboratively with the sites and the office on all shop administrative details and requirements including the creation of a modified policy manual to help new and existing employees understand shop processes.
- Participating in a LEAN manufacturing culture.
- Performing other duties as required.

Job requirements:

- Proven work history as an Administrative Coordinator or Manager.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and follow administrative policies and procedures.
- Ability to develop & maintain good working relationships with personnel of other departments.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally.
- Ability to understand basic accounting and financial matters, such as invoicing and timecards, as they relate to administrative policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in various software packages including Microsoft Office, Dropbox etc.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.
- Previous experience working within an environment that manages and controls inventory would be considered an asset.
