**Market Development Manager (Growth Manager)**

You should have a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, strong client-relationships skills, and the ability to recommend growth strategies that will impact the bottom line. Ultimately, your goal is to help build the strategy and be responsible for executing it. Your remit will cover activities across acquisition, conversion, and retention. With the support of marketing, development, and sales teams, you'll takes ownership for improving the entire customer lifecycle. Heavily focussed on data and constantly using that to create and execute growth experiments.

**What you will do**
- Analyze and assess Deleezy’s customer acquisition landscape and maintain a full view of the acquisition funnel
- Lead the identification of new and emerging opportunities that can contribute to Deleezy’s brand awareness and customer acquisition efforts
- Work with existing customers and managing relationships to grow their engagement using possible channels
- Discover, test, and scale B2B and B2C channels
- Develop and execute an acquisition plan for new services that includes customer research, competitor analysis, market sizing & segmentation as well as financial modeling.
- Formulate digital strategy through a combination of data driven decision making and adopting channel best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, logistics, App developers, Customer service, Sales and Marketing to launch new features on a structured timeline
- Continuously propose various strategies and programs such as marketing campaigns and identify and document their impacts to drive business growth
- Global Expansion: Explore opportunities across different geographies to grow Deleezy’s brand through a combination of market and marketing best practices
- Creating and maintaining a list of target clients for new products or services
- Conducting research about Deleezy’s competitors in order to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share
- Understand and improve Deleezy's key account indicators, including client satisfaction, revenue goals, targets, profitability, and strategic objectives
- Create reports detailing progress against goals and objectives which were presented at executive levels

**What we need**
- 8 years of experience and at least 2+ years of work-experience in a similar role in a technology company
- Experience in a growth management role for a high growth B2B or B2C Tech Startup
- Experience marketing and selling tech solutions is a must
- Deep understanding of business models, customer journeys, and growth loops
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Demonstrable experience of influencing growth with a focus on data.
- Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented and skilled at identifying process improvements
- Certified in ITIL lifecycles and processes
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
- Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Digitally savvy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM & Microsoft Dynamics AX, and work productivity tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and flexible work style. Willing to travel and engage with our customers at various locations
- Experience identifying, solving, and articulating complex business and product goals for external client relationships
- Experience building business relationships with key stakeholders and growing account revenue

**What you get**

This is a permanent full-time (40 hrs per week) position. Compensation is $ 48.08/hr
