Warehouse + Production Responsibilities
- Manage team of one shipper and one customer service rep
- Deal with customer complaints
- Place orders for products and supplies
- Keep track of returns and deal with effectively
- Manage inventory and forecast product ordering needs
- Manage receipts and expenses
- Write and submit purchase orders
- General production shop clean-up
- Maintain inventory control
- Supervise all of a warehouse’s daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime
- Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies
- Analyze logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
- Implement operational policies and procedures
- Implement and oversee security operations

**Day-to-Day Duties**
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity and logistics
- Motivate, organize, and discipline staff
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods
- Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles
- Keep detailed records of warehouse activities
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Ensure safety of staff

**Requirements**:

- Warehouse management an asset
- Experience with Shopify or other Ecommerce platforms
- Good communication, organizational, time management skills
- Dependable and Reliable
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills
- Must have reliable vehicle for product deliveries
- Valid Class 5 license
- Experience with forklift not mandatory but preferred

Forklift certifications would be an asset

Physical demands and abilities
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100lbs

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
