We are searching for a perceptive, creative administrative manager to oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The administrative manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. These will include:

- Interviewing, hiring and training new administrative staff members
- Keeping and appropriately filing administrative financial records
- Liaise with HR and other departments
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Implementing relevant internal policies and procedures
- Preparing quotations for management
- Coordinating with 3rd party trades
- Analyze reporting in QuickBooks
- Managing relationship with consulting firm / specific customers
- Ensuring that all electronic data and files are properly safeguarded
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage project details and project management skills
- Excellent conflict management resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent relationship management skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels
- Knowledge of basic computer software programs
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,780.95-$82,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
