**Job Purpose**:
Fournir un support technique pour les batteries et les systèmes EnerSys. Assurer une présence sur place pour engager les clients et aider l’équipe à fournir un service de qualité. Tirer parti de l’expérience pour encadrer les membres de l’équipe dans les domaines de la santé et de la sécurité, de la qualité, des normes et des meilleures pratiques. Ce rôle devrait aider à atteindre les objectifs financiers en générant à la fois des revenus et des marges.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise telles qu’énumérées, mais sans s’y limiter : politiques de garantie, normes de sécurité fédérales et provinciales, transport de marchandises dangereuses
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr, ordonné et propre
- Être directement responsable des actifs de l’entreprise tels que les véhicules de service, l’inventaire, les outils, les ordinateurs portables et l’équipement de test
- Tenir à jour le journal de bord du camion, si nécessaire, conformément aux exigences provinciales et/ou fédérales
- Maintenir une bonne communication avec le superviseur de terrain
- Remplir et soumettre des rapports au besoin
- Coordination des expéditions et réceptions, et sur le terrain, audits matières pour identifier les ruptures
- Prendre en charge l’installation de centrales électriques CC, de BDFB, d’onduleurs, des UPS et de systèmes de batteries CC
- Prendre en charge la mise en service des centrales électriques à courant continu, des onduleurs et des lectures de conductance de la batterie, test des alarmes du système et de l’équipement
- Effectuer/soutenir les échanges de modules de redresseur et d’onduleur et mettre à jour les inventaires du système
- Effectuer/soutenir les routines de maintenance préventive, qui comprendraient la réalisation de rapports et l’analyse des données, qui identifieraient les domaines clés où les clients pourraient améliorer leurs systèmes ou sont à risque en fonction des données collectées
- Installer des armoires de données, une infrastructure de chemins de câbles, y compris des systèmes axillaires de support de charge, des chemins de câbles à fibre optique, des connexions de mise à la terre et d’alarme
- Fournir un soutien pour le maintien de l’étalonnage des outils
- Interagir avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Voyager lorsque nécessaire pour effectuer des installations, des réparations et une maintenance préventive
- Contribuer aux objectifs de revenus et de marge de l’entreprise en soutenant l’exécution d’un travail de qualité dans les délais et le budget du projet

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Nécessite 2+ années d’expérience connexe
- Capable de voyager pour soutenir les opérations sur site
- Requis pour compléter RP101, RP201 ou l’équivalent de systèmes
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et de Teams
- Forte aptitude mécanique
- Capable de travailler et de démontrer des procédures de travail sécuritaires avec des outils manuels et électriques
- Capable de comprendre et de rédiger des documents tels que des correspondances avec des clients, des manuels techniques, des notes de service et des rapports en anglais et/ou en français
- Capable d’effectuer des calculs mathématiques et des mesures
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
- Compétences organisationnelles et de planification solides
- Capacité à identifier et trouver des solutions à des problèmes complexes
- Compréhension approfondie et respect des politiques et procédures de sécurité
- Capable d’identifier les changements de portée
- Une solide compréhension des procédures et des politiques de l’entreprise
- Solide connaissance des normes de nos clients et de l’industrie telles que IEEE et Telcordia
