Sous la supervision du responsable des services sur site, le technicien sur site est responsable de l'exécution d'une variété de services techniques directement chez le client et/ou de l'utilisateur. Tous les services sont fournis sous l'autorité du groupe de soutien ou d'intégration, dans le cadre des procédures et protocoles déterminés par le directeur des services sur les sites.

Rôles et responsabilités- Recevoir et examiner la documentation d'envoi, y compris les instructions de travail, les instructions de déplacement et les protocoles d'essai.- Exécuter le travail conformément aux dernières procédures et aux protocoles émis par le directeur des services sur site ou de son représentant.- Fournir des rapports verbaux et écrits aux personnes et aux services responsables de la répartition, conformément au protocole en vigueur.- Remplir et livrer tous les documents de qualité résultant du service sur site.- Établir et maintenir une relation professionnelle avec tous les sites clients/utilisateurs.- Gérer les frais de déplacement et autres tâches administratives conformément aux procédures administratives.- Se familiariser avec les outils de mesure de précision mécaniques et électriques tels que le multimètre numérique, l'ampèremètre et les outils de précision mécaniques.- Utiliser les schémas de principe et les instructions de travail pour dépanner, remplacer et tester les composants électriques et mécaniques de remplacement des lignes mécaniques.- Orienté client autant externe que internes est une compétences clé.- L'objectif principal du travail est de toujours dépasser les attentes du client.- Répondre aux besoins du client au-delà d’un retour d’un produit en état de marche.

Qualifications et expérience- Bonne connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation informatiques tels que Windows NT, Windows 2000, XP, 2003.- Diplôme d’étude supérieur ou Baccalauréat en systèmes informatiques, technologies connexes ou expérience équivalente.- Plus de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans l'assemblage électromécanique et la réparation de composantes.- Solides compétences en dépannage de systèmes d'exploitation.- Deux (2) ans d'expérience en réparations sur le terrain ou dans un domaine connexe.- Capacité à soulever jusqu'a 50 livres.- Bilingues français et anglais.

Under the supervision of the Field Services Manager, the Field Technician is responsible for the performance of a variety of technical services at the customer/user site. All services are delivered under the authority of either the Support or Integration group within the scope of procedure and protocols as determined by the Field Services Manager.

Roles and responsibilities- Receive and review dispatch documentation including work instructions, travel instructions and test protocols.- Execute work in accordance with latest procedures and protocols issued by the Field Services Manager or his designee.- Provide verbal and written reports to the individuals and departments responsible for the dispatch as instructed by current protocol.- Complete and deliver all quality documents resulting from the site service.- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all customer/user sites.- Manage travel expenses and other administrative duties in accordance with administrative procedures.- Be familiar with mechanical and electrical precision measuring tools such as digital multi-meter, amp meter and mechanical precision tools.- Using schematic diagrams and work instructions to troubleshoot replace and test electrical mechanical line replacement components.- Key Competencies External/Internal Customer Focus.-
- Primary focus of work is to always exceed the customer’s expectations.-
- Met customer’s needs beyond returning the product to working order.Qualifications and Experience- Good knowledge of computer operating systems such as Windows NT, Windows 2000, XP, 2003.- AA or BA in computer systems, related technologies or equivalent experience.- Three (3) plus years in electromechanical assembly and component repairs.- Strong skills in operating systems troubleshooting.- Two (2) years in Field Service repairs or related field.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.- Bilingual English and French
