**What You Will Do With Us**

As the **Vendor Management Inventory Project Coordinator**, you will manage product orders and related documentation for the VMI group.

**How You Will Thrive With Us**
- You will ensure all customers’ needs are responded to in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
- You will maintain focus on company policies, procedures and objectives.
- You will source/quote products for the customer.
- You will process customer orders.
- You will expedite and conduct follow-up on orders and mitigate product shortages/delays.
- You will enter account pricing contracts, list new products.
- You will work cooperatively with the VMI team.
- Process customer Returns and Rejects
- Create customs documents for US shipments
- You will perform other duties as required.
- You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

**Who Are You**
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills.
- 2-3 years of related industry experience.
- Must have excellent Excel, Word, Outlook & Adobe skills.
- AS400 system experience an asset.
- Electrical product knowledge and some technical experience is an asset.
