**Position Overview**:
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a crucial role in the heart of our kitchens. You'll work alongside a dynamic culinary team, led by our experienced chefs, to craft exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present dishes according to our high culinary standards and artistic vision.
- Collaborate with fellow chefs to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen during service.
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance our offerings.
- Uphold strict standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Passion for exploring new flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistently excellent dishes.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
