In our pursuit of excellence, we are currently seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in delighting our guests by skillfully preparing dishes according to the exacting recipes and standards set forth by our Chef. Your dedication to culinary craftsmanship will be instrumental in ensuring our guests' satisfaction and contributing to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare menu items
- Ensure cooking stations have adequate supplies
- Cook and serve menu items according to recipe standards with attention to detail
- Prepare ingredients listed on the prep list
- Update prep lists as necessary
- Follow the guidance of executive or sous chef, contributing ideas for new presentations or dishes
- Optimize cooking processes for speed and quality
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station, adhering to health and safety standards
- Foster a cooperative work environment
- Receive, inspect, and store deliveries
- Available to work various shifts, including days, weekends, evenings, and holidays
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience as a line cook or Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Familiarity with diverse cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs
- Ensure quality of ingredients and condition of cooking equipment
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
- Completion of a Culinary apprenticeship or possession of a Culinary school diploma
- Food Safe Certification
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
