**What is the opportunity?**

As a Jr Analyst in the digital division within the Commercial FX Sales department, you will primarily be responsible for providing access to RBC DX, RBC’s proprietary online FX trading platform and supporting and growing a portfolio of RBCDX clients.

You will use your strong communication skills to work with Business and Commercial Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition and also to train new users to use the DX platform. You will also work with your team to market foreign exchange products to RBC Partners.

**What will you do?**
- Take ownership of the transition from the initial introduction of the client to Capital Markets, the setup of the account, to onboarding the client to the platform
- Promote the use of Internet dealing to maximize productivity
- Identify opportunities to help clients hedge foreign currency exposures to be anchored with senior FX coverage
- Establish, maintain, and fine-tune pricing guidelines to ensure client retention
- Maintain a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure equal access to client information by all team members
- Liaise with internal partners in the overall management of client relationships
- Promote RBCCM as the lead FX provider/Centre of Excellence
- Ensure that dealings with counterparties are confidential and fairly handled
- Maintain a high level of professional and ethical conduct and work within the framework of the Global FX code.

- Strong communication skills needed to effectively train new users and to work with internal partners
- Some light travel for the purpose of client visitation, business development or internal meetings is likely and therefore, comfort with public transportation is necessary
- Flexible hours to support a 7am-7pm team
- Bilingualism (English & French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada.

**Quelle est l'opportunité ?**

En tant qu'analyste junior au sein de la division numérique du département Commercial FX Sales, vous serez principalement chargé de fournir un accès à RBC DX, la plateforme de négociation de devises en ligne exclusive de RBC, et de soutenir et développer un portefeuille de clients RBCDX.

Vous utiliserez vos solides compétences en communication pour travailler avec les directeurs de comptes commerciaux et d'affaires afin d'assurer une transition en douceur et de former les nouveaux utilisateurs à l'utilisation de la plateforme DX. Vous travaillerez également avec votre équipe pour commercialiser des produits de change auprès des partenaires de RBC.

**Que ferez-vous ?**
- Prendre en charge la transition entre la présentation initiale du client à Capital Markets, la mise en place du compte et l'intégration du client à la plateforme
- Promouvoir l'utilisation de l'Internet pour maximiser la productivité
- Identifier les possibilités d'aider les clients à couvrir leur exposition aux devises étrangères, en s'appuyant sur une couverture de change de haut niveau
- Établir, maintenir et affiner les lignes directrices en matière de tarification afin de garantir la fidélisation des clients
- Maintenir un système de gestion des relations avec les clients (CRM) afin de garantir à tous les membres de l'équipe un accès égal aux informations relatives aux clients.
- Assurer la liaison avec les partenaires internes dans le cadre de la gestion globale des relations avec les clients
