We are looking for a **Property Claims Analyst **to join our claims **Strategy & Transformation** team in the West

As a **Property Claims Analyst**, **you will leverage your front-line property adjusting experience & customer focus to audit property claims files for quality, provide analytics and insights into results, identify opportunities for efficiencies as well as coach & support teams for success.

**Here are a few ways you will make a difference**:

- Complete claims file audits and identify opportunities for process efficiencies & coaching opportunities.
- Extract data to identify opportunities to streamline processes, challenge status quo & make recommendations.
- Liaise with leadership groups to provide analytics & insights into claims file quality, identify trends & make recommendations on action plans.
- Build strong working relationships and work effectively with teams and various levels of leadership.
- Participate in the development of new business practices and tools, as well as department initiatives.
- Facilitate working sessions with experts from different fields and levels of leadership.
- Coach individuals & teams to technical property claims handling aspects in both structured as well as ad-hoc environment.
- Extract, combine and organize data to answer specific business questions, summarizing key issues and topics.
- Analyze and present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences within the organization.

**The requirements**:

- 4+ years of claims adjusting experience with focus on personal and commercial property.
- Experience with additional lines of business considered an asset.
- Experience in quality assurance considered an asset.
- CIP completed or in progress (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information, influence decisions & coach others.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and influence stakeholders.
- Post-Secondary Education preferred.
- Superior problem solving and persuasion skills.
- Working knowledge of claims system and Microsoft office programs (excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Self-driven and highly organized with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent thinking.
- Ability to quickly pivot & adapt in an ever-evolving business
