**The Opportunity**

There is a significant amount of coordination and liaison required in this role, so we are seeking an individual who is collaborative and personable, with strong communication and organizational skills. The individual we seek is solution-oriented and thrives in a dynamic work environment where innovative approaches are often required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis, business process, systems development, data analytics and forecasting. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Business Analysis Professional Certification is an asset.
- Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, SQL, general understanding of computer programming languages such as VBA, Python or C#.
- Significant experience with data modelling and reporting, particularly in Excel, Power BI and Power Query
- Demonstrated skills in facilitation of groups with competing interests and priorities.
- Understanding of Public Works, Transit, Utilities, and municipal operations is an asset

**Hours of Work**

We offer a compressed work schedule of 72 hours bi-weekly (Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 with a regular day off [RDO] every two weeks).

**Compensation**

$62,959 - $77,487 per annum. In addition, the City of St. Albert offers a comprehensive flexible benefit package.
