We are seeking a full-time employee to join our Front Office team.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Completely fluent English language skills; both written and verbal
- Demonstrated excellent correspondence skills
- Clear, precise, professional, and helpful telephone manner
- High level of responsibility and commitment
- Excellent organizational skills - showing flexibility in handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Team player with proven success in relationship building
- Previous Hotel or Club experience an asset
- Other languages an asset

**Duties Include**:

- Answering phones
- Using a switchboard
- Reporting to management
- Communicating between departments
- Checking in/out of guests
- Responding to guest/member inquiries
- Cash handling
- Administration work assigned by management
- Processing forms of payment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $21.00-$21.60 per hour
