**Assistant Front Office Manager**

This role will welcome you with hands on training and development to grow your career knowledge.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating all aspects of the Front Office areas, including reservations, night audit, concierge and bell, to ensure highest level of operation.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Demonstrate sincere guest focus and true appreciation for the guest experience
- Identify new best practices to build on our continued success
- Working with the RDM, lead team training seasons and department communication meetings
- Developing close & effective working relationships with all supporting departments
- Responsible for payroll administration on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Team scheduling in accordance to budget & business trends
- Assist RDM with Revenue Management strategies
- Support Executive Leadership team in absence of RDM

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel leadership role is required
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of customer service
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges
- Proven track record for being organized and able to work under pressure
- Hospitality Diploma an asset

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Luxury Hotel Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
- Hotel Front Office: 2 years (preferred)
