Brant Corrosion Control, a TF Warren company, is a custom paint and lining facility in Brantford, Ontario. We are currently looking for a Invoicing/Office Administrator to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Take the Estimates from Salespeople and change start work orders
- Make up the files for Sales, Production and QC, including all necessary Production cover/check list sheets are included
- At month end, create new work orders for partial invoicing and for Monthly Indirect tracking
- Ensure all proper paperwork is included in the files and forwarded to A/R for invoicing
- Filing paperwork that doesn’t make it up in time for invoicing/month end
- Updating the Backlog for invoiced items and upcoming invoiced items
- Add all new orders to the Production and Backlog spreadsheets accordingly

Physical Requirements:

- Previous experience in production and logistics
- Ability to read Bills of Lading and shipping/receiving documents
- Ability to stand/sit for 4 hours at time
- Good Computer skills

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$46,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
