- Oversee all invoicing and collections;
- ensure accurate files for all contractual/commercial issues are maintained for each contract;
- collaborate with internal and external legal, finance, and operational departments, including communicating and explaining legal and budgetary issues;
- oversee capital projects for Earthscape Play and Earthscape Ontario, including on and off-site facilities and property management including cleaning, security, maintenance, parking, and grounds keeping;
- coordinates tenant occupancy of capital buildings and properties.
- 5+ years’ experience in contract or project management in construction or manufacturing industry;
- postsecondary education in business, engineering or or equivalent experience in a related field;
- exceptional oral and written communication skills;
- meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- knowledge of construction law, negotiating and drafting contracts;
- understanding of construction planning, scheduling and management;
- ability to grasp technical and commercial issues, understanding how they fit in contractual context, and develop appropriate written positions;
- customer focused, and able to effectively manage priorities to remain flexible and adaptable in stressful situations;
- strong command of MS Office (including Word, Excel) and Google Suite;
- a growth mindset, and eagerness to learn from your mistakes;
- a creative mind and willingness to think outside the box.

**What’s in it for you?**
This job will offer you the opportunity to work on some of North America’s most innovative playground projects. The pace, challenges and problem-solving opportunities will mean you are never bored.
