**Team Lead, Loan Administration, Residential Services**:

**Salary Range**:$65,000 - $75,000/yr

CMLS Financial is looking for a Team Lead, Loan Administration to join our growing team.
- _The Team Lead, Loan Administration, will work in partnership with the Manager, Administration and is responsible to provide daily oversight and leadership in the day-to-day management of the Loan Administration team. Join our incredibly professional, dynamic, and fun crew - and lead your team in the delivery of operational excellence to meet our customers’ everyday mortgage needs.

**In this role, you will**:

- Effectively oversee workforce management (i.e., manage scheduling, volumes, day to day work assignments, workload balance, support team coverage)
- Lead and coach a team of Loan and General Administrators in their day-to-day performance of administrative functions. (Coach and guide, 1:1’s, provide feedback, and support on-the-job/in-role training and development)
- Lead by example to promote a professional and motivated team environment, focused on success for the team and individuals
- Demonstrate professionalism, judgment, and integrity in daily operations
- Resolve escalations, errors, and day to day challenges related to department responsibilities (escalate to manager as needed)
- Collaborate and partner with other departments to support daily operations
- Protect private and confidential information
- Makes recommendations on best practices and opportunities to improve internal processes and procedures
- Work with the QA and Training Specialists to onboard and train new and existing employees, identify gaps in process, and seek continuous improvement opportunities

**This role is for you if you have**:

- 2+ years in residential mortgage administration and/or servicing
- 2+ years proven leadership experience
- Post secondary degree or related work experience
- Effective communicator and collaborator
- Experience leading others with authenticity and courage
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to embrace and adapt easily to change
- The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive personality who takes initiative and can work independently
- High attention to detail
