Minimum requirements:
- IT degree or equivalent with 3 years’ experience- Experience in analytic trouble shooting skills- Exceptional customer service experience**Responsibilities**:- Liaison between IT and the business- Assessing problem's and bring them to resolution- Maintaining and updating technical and instruction manuals, policies, and procedures-
Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office or Fort McMurray- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday- Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and ‘work from home’ flexibility.
