**Description**:
As an Analyst, you will coordinate and support a variety of complex program initiatives and work within an evidence based health promotion framework that collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of the program. You will lead the completion of required reporting on departmental deliverables, as determined. You will utilize research and evaluation knowledge, develop frameworks, plan methodologies, collect data, disseminate knowledge, and score and interpret psychological tests, while facilitating the uptake of recommendations.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a health related field in conjunction with a minimum of two years' direct related experience or master's degree in a health related field. Experience in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting multiple measures data set. Experience in Mental Health performance indicator development. Experience in designing and conducting evaluation research.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Previous experience providing analytic/reporting support for the purpose of delivering health care. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL, SPSS and Tableau. Ability to be a productive member of a multidisciplinary team and also work independently when required. Ability to organize and facilitate both small and large meetings with a variety of stakeholders, and to achieve pre-determined meeting objectives. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers. The successful applicant must be solution focused and have a proven ability of solving complex and dynamic problems through the use of critical thinking skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
AHS has an approved development path for AHS Analysts related to Connect Care analytics/reporting. The path is sequential and is as follows: Report Consumption/Use, Report Development, Caboodle Data Access, Clarity Data Access. Training/knowledge/proficiency in some, or all, stages of the development path will be considered an asset. Proficiency with Connect Care, including its general structure, common workflows, and available data elements. Knowledge of AMH business.
