Bilingual Accounts Payable Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues with a positive and proactive attitude. You will be mainly responsible for accounts receivable. You will be given the opportunity to work independently and use good business judgment and decision making to support the overall efforts of the team.

**Job Duties**:
**Responsibilities will include the following, at a minimum**:
- Tracking and reporting of receivables;
- Attending and participating in weekly meetings;
- Utilizing MS-excel preparing and maintaining various reports;
- Ensuring Yardi and Teams files are updated daily;
- Preparing Landlord and Tenant Board notices;
- Communicating with and assisting the Legal team as required;
- Communicating with Resident Relations Administrator and Community Leasing Agents as required;
- Assisting in implementing best practice;
- Providing backup for deposits;
- Completing additional related accounting and administrative duties as necessary;
- Will provide assistance to the AR Team Lead when required;
