**The bigger picture**

We’re looking for a self-starter, credit expert person to come on board as our Business Credit Services Manager for a 24-month term. We are looking for someone who can adjudicate complex credit structures, work collaboratively with our Commercial and Agriculture Advisors while delivering on our member promise.

**How you’ll be spending your time**
- Adjudicating business loans that require higher approval authority.
- Keeping up to date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members.
- Making sure there’s a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus.
- Fulfilling the holistic financial needs of new and existing members, by partnering with Business Advisors.
- Managing the business loan origination system while building the relationship with the vendors.
- Designing and developing internal proprietary lending tools and forms.

**The experience you bring**
- Eight years of commercial and/or agriculture business lending experience.
- Established background in credit analytics and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of advanced financial statement analysis and mitigating credit risk.
