We are looking for someone to join our team full time for the position of 'Technical Service Advisor'

We are looking for experienced, detail oriented individuals that want to see their contributions make a difference to the people around them. We are growing company that sees increased shipping to North America and abroad as an integral part of our business.

We are a specialty manufacturer that currently imports North American LTL, and bulk cargo. We export NA and worldwide LTL and container loads. Domestically we ship on Carrier LTL in addition to shipping liquid bulk and LTL within the GTHA on our own trucks.

This position is split between responsibilities related to customer service and admin duties related to the support of sales staff and some functional cross training. This position is customer facing and requires a high level of customer service ability.

The successful applicant must be experienced in a technical environment such as industries related to chemicals, lubricants, parts, general distribution and/or equipment sales and manufacture.

The successful applicant must have customer service experience or supervisory experience.

In addition, point of sale and accounting software experience would be considered a strong asset.

E-commerce experience would be considered an asset, as we are increasingly moving to online platforms to improve our shipping efficiency and establish a wider reach.

As a company, we have successfully transitioned to a post-COVID-19 working model that protects employees and customers. We allow customer pickup on-site in a contact-less fashion with most payments taking place remotely.

Hand sanitizer is available at all points of building entry, area disinfection and the mandatory mask policy act as an additional safety buffer. There are a small number of employees present in this facility and work is not in close proximity.

For the near future we cannot support work-from-home in this position.

Schedule is 40 hours a week, regular business hours Monday to Friday. Compensation includes medical and dental benefits. We work as a team and offer inclusion into the company profit sharing plan as an additional form of compensation. We are flexible in terms of compensation and we can offer advancement opportunities to individuals that demonstrate the ability to drive our continued success.
