At the San Tropez Dance School, we believe in the power of movement and expression. Our school has been nurturing talent and inspiring dancers of all ages and skill levels for 30 years. We offer a wide range of dance styles but our specialty is Latin dancing. Our dedicated instructors, state-of-the-art facilities, and welcoming environment create the perfect platform for students to discover their passion and reach new heights.

The Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our school's growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to raise awareness, drive enrolment, and engage our target audience. Your creativity and expertise will help us showcase the magic of dance and position our school as a leading authority in the industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our school's objectives.

Conducting market research to identify target demographics, trends, and opportunities.

Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Overseeing our website and social media channels, ensuring they reflect our brand identity and engage our audience.

Producing captivating visual and written content, including photos, videos, blog posts, and newsletters.

Analyzing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.

Building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and potential partners to expand our reach.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should bring a combination of marketing expertise, dance industry knowledge, and a genuine passion for the art form.

Here's what we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

Excellent content creation skills with an eye for aesthetics.

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
