With a strong presence in Canada, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives in the country.
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Multi-Channel Campaigns**: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media, to drive sales (bookings) and maximize brand exposure.
- ** Brand Management**: Ensure consistency and integrity of the MSC brand across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- ** Content Creation**: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, internal communications and print materials.
- ** Event Management**: Plan and coordinate events to promote MSC's services and foster relationships with clients and industry partners.
- ** Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, trade, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- ** Global and Regional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing team to align global strategies with local initiatives and ensure effective communication between Canada and the global marketing team.
**Qualifications**:
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you are required to have excellent communication and analytical skills and to have the following qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Integrated Marketing Manager, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe suite is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
