**Position**:National Account Executive (Vending / Coffee Services)

**Salary**: $65,000

**Bonus eligible**:(up to 15%)

**Vehicle Allowance**:($400 bi-weekly, gas card)

**Additional Benefits**:3 weeks vacation, excellent healthcare benefits (effective day 1), RRSP matching plan.

**The position will require up to 50% ‘Inter-Provincial Travel’. The position is ‘home based’ work from home when you are not out in the field.**

As a **National Account Executive,** you will be responsible for growing sales and building relationships, acting as the front-line contact between the company and the client.

Now, if you were to come on board as a **National Account Executive** we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Demonstrate key account leadership (maintenance, growth development and rebid) of the top strategic customers across Canada
- Maintain customer relationships with key accounts
- Develop and execute growth initiatives in these key accounts
- Respond to RFP and contract renewals in these key accounts
- Site visits for growth opportunities and regular business reviews
- Own the customer relationship and be the primary contact
- Upsell current services

- At least 5 years of experience in account management (ideally in vending / coffee services)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good business acumen that enables you to quickly understand and deal with situations that lead to a favorable outcome
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines
- You have demonstrated the ability to design, develop and implement significant process improvements, following these through to successful implementation
- You are excited to be a part of an ever-evolving team that is at the heart of Compass Group Canada

**Asset**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
