**About the Role**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Directly support the executive team, managing an ever-changing calendar, travel itineraries, and meeting schedules.
- Act as a central point of contact for the CEO and other executives, managing communications and ensuring timely responses to queries and requests.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and restaurants, and various meet-ups.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Oversee and streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
- Manage and respond to ad-hoc requests and one-off tasks as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in an executive support role, preferably in a remote start-up or scaling SasS company.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with staff, external partners, and senior executives.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Autonomous and agile, comfortable working in start-up/scale up environments and making independent decisions.
- Skilled in sourcing and securing trendy restaurants and vibrant venues for both travel and business meetings, ensuring each setting is engaging and appropriate for every unique occasion.
- Responsive and available, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
