**Job Mission**: As a Procurement Assistant, your mission is to support the procurement team in managing purchasing activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient warehouse management. Your role is vital in maintaining the supply chain's efficiency and contributing to the company's overall success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory & Store Management**:

- Assist in managing materials and tools inventory to ensure they are available for daily operations.
- Help with counting current materials inventory in the Procurement department.
- Assist in creating and maintaining inventory labels and signs for easy identification.
- Support in defining inventory locations for each item to optimize storage and accessibility.
- Help assess materials' consumption rates and support setting minimum inventory levels.
- Assist in evaluating inventory levels and issuing purchase requests based on inventory status, minimum requirements, and lead times.

**Purchasing and Procurement**:

- Assist in the procurement of goods and services required for company operations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

**Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with orders and deliveries promptly.
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure quality and reliability.

**Warehouse Management (a plus)**:

- Assist in the management and organization of the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of inventory.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize space and improve efficiency.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Utilize Excel to manage and analyze procurement data.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and cost analysis.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the procurement team, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers to resolve any procurement-related issues.
- Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

**Key Criteria/Requirements**:

- Prior experience in purchasing and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Warehouse Management and Air table is a plus.
