The Co-operators is looking for a Print and Document Services Admin who will be accountable for Corporate print and document management services including tight deadlines and competing priorities. You are client centric, able to work in a fast-paced service environment and make daily decisions in terms of priorities (between BAU and projects), customer service (internal and vendors) and problem solving.

**How you will create impact**:

- Ensure daily Canada Post, Courier Service and internal delivery services meet established Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain and Ensure accuracy of the departmental record information is current and accurate to perform before completing the inter-office, internal mail, Canada Post, courier mail delivery.
- Image daily mail and historical files within Service Level Agreements and Quality assurance.
- Prints and machine insert high volume print to mail jobs, receives, manages and process stock, ad hoc and print on demand for client-use orders.
- Maintain and reconcile records management inventory through Versatile and offsite storage systems.
- Maintain effective, positive customer service (internal and external).
- Prioritize work and changing priorities throughout the day.

**To join our team**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Access).
- Experience with production printers, color copiers, inserters, postage machines, imaging machines, courier systems and MICR printers is considered an asset.
- Experience with Xerox Freeflow, Databasics, Print Router, Life Pages, Versatile, ProClaim and LEAN methodology is considered an asset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong problem solver and team collaborator with excellent priority setting skills.
- Efficient and effective resource management to achieve results while maintaining a consistent high level of quality meeting Service Level Agreements.
- 2 years of experience in previous industry, related or relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**What you need to know**:

- Role requires lifting, physical exertion at a moderate level approximately 25% of the time.
- Occasionally able to lift up to 60 pounds e.g., Box of photocopy paper, Pushing Mail carts and pallets.
