**Job description**
The Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) is seeking a full-time receptionist and admin assistant for our head office in Regina, SK. The successful applicant will work a minimum of 32 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from our downtown Regina office location. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with one year experience answering phones and/or working in customer service. Administration experience is an asset.
**Position**:Full-time Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
**Reporting**:This position will report to the Vice President, Operations
**Education**: Grade 12
**Experience**: One year of working in an administrative position.
**Skills**:Able to answer and manage phone calls.
Ability to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
General office duties as required.
Must have good attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, be organized, work independently and have the ability to multitask.
Experience with MS Word, particularly with merging data an asset.
**Applications**: MS office, specifically Word and Excel.
**Hours**: minimum 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**Description**: Answering and managing phone calls.
Processing donor information through our database.
Preparing and sending out letters.
Managing office supplies and equipment
