Epp Siepman Engineering is looking for an Electrical Contract Administrator (Inspector) to join our team in a full-time position. As our Electrical Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our design team. Your responsibilities will involve conducting Construction Site Visits to ensure strict adherence to electrical design and plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing shop drawings and completing reports, further enhancing your skills and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive relevant construction experience, journeyman electrician, and/or operations experience,
- Familiarity with electrical building design practices
- Quality review of all site and follow-up with strong report preparation
- Coordination with Design Team for all technical issues
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Can effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to identify potential risks and report them to the Project Managers
- Motivated and passionate about design and building systems.
- Adaptable and able to pivot to meet on-demand requests on short notice.
- Self-starter committed to meet deadlines.
- Competency and proficiency with:

- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- High school diploma.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all site meetings and conducted in a timely manner and shop drawings and reports are provided to client and filed appropriately.
- Perform construction site reviews to review construction by contractors to confirm conformance with Epp Siepman Engineering design & specifications and the contract documents:

- Ensuring lessons learned are communicated across all projects.
- Ensuring Client and Contractor satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with contractors.
- Ensure all site meetings are conducted in a timely manner.
- Providing coaching and mentorship
- Construction phase consulting work including processing and responding to the following typical contract-related correspondence on projects:

- Shop Drawings
- Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Proposed Change Notices, Change Orders (COs), Change Directives (CDs).
- Contractor Progress Claims.
- Construction Site Meetings
- Commissioning-related work.
- Contribute to on-going development of construction administration standards and processes.
- Assist engineers and designers in reviewing specifications, drawings, and details during design and working drawings phases.
- Work with the design team to deliver projects and provide a customer oriented experience throughout the construction period.
- Use internal tracking tools and other computer-based communication.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
