Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Duties**:

- complete administrative tasks and procedures daily W basic accounting.
- Maintain inventory and place orders as needed
- manage appointments, including calendar.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
