Provide data entry services for Patient Registration of medical devices.
**A Day in the Life
**- Provides appropriate support within a designated teaM/Function.
- Performs a variety of clerical work having some diversity.
- Work is performed under direct supervision and within prescribed procedures.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Data entry of patient registration information i.e.: keying names, addresses, alpha-numeric serial numbers, health care providers, and hospitals into system
- Ensure on-going maintenance of hard copy repository of Patient Registration forms
- Process incoming mail, including but not limited to sorting, scanning, and filing paper registration forms received via mail.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
- High School diploma or equivalent
JOB EXPERIENCE
- No minimum years of relevant experience.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Accurate keyboarding (minimum 35 words per minute)
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Very good Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Computer literate in a Windows environment
