**The Opportunity**

As the Partner Success Manager you will be responsible for managing the company’s ecosystem of partners, ensuring that their expectations are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and build long-term relationships with our partners.

Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with KIND’s ecosystem of partners, including Licensed Producers, retailers and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure that partners are aware of their contractual obligations and that they are meeting those obligations.
- Lead the planning and execution of all contractual partner assets (including event activation, print media, digital newsletter, ROS etc)
- Engage creatively to enhance partner relationships and work with partners to identify growth opportunities and develop joint business plans.

Organization
- Build work-back schedules and ensure partners are adhering to event and media timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Provide regular reporting and analytics to partners demonstrating the impact of their partnership with KIND for continued success and partner retention
- Play a key role in overseeing partners leading into the event as well as on day-of event execution

Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, handling any issues or concerns they may have.
- Assist with sponsor onboarding, ensuring that all communication is clear and well organized
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and build relationships with key industry partners, professional organizations and client-related industry associations or groups
- Participate in pre-event ideation and post-event feedback sessions with the larger KIND team
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in a business-to-busines relationship role with a preferable focus in client relations, account management or related field.
- Background in an agency environment considered an asset
- Works well in a fast-paced environment, the ability to operate in ambiguous situations, get your hands dirty and work autonomously
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including high-level presentation capabilities and ability to interact with senior management (internally and externally)
- Live within the GTA with access to a car, and willingness to drive/travel as required
- Must be 19 years of age or older

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
