Position: Territory Sales Manager
Deepchill (previously known as Sunwell) is the originator of slurry ice technology. For over 40 years we have consistently introduced disruptive innovations to the world. Our patented technologies have brought ground-breaking changes to a range of industries.
Our company is going through a restructuring plan to reshape our focus on commercialization and expansion, and we are looking for a seasoned and passionate Sales Manager to be part of our growth strategy.
This critical role plays an important part in our success and is responsible for owning growth targets in their territory and driving customer success. The Sales Manager will orchestrate the team working effectively to turn opportunities into revenue and to provide clients with the best support.
Our challenge to you
- Develop and execute annual territory sales plan and strategies in order to achieve sales and margin targets
- Work with marketing, and channel partners to actively find and generate new opportunities
- Assume responsibility for client’s continued satisfaction
- from solution design, through projects delivery and to hand-over to service
- Follow Deepchill sales process and demonstrate value proposition and ROI in order to facilitate client’s positive evaluation of the proposal
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners and foster existing relationships
- Work closely with agents to reach sales targets in their territory
- Actively maintain the CRM system up-to-date, and provide regular sales reports to the management
- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace, competitor activities, and attend industry tradeshows and conferences.
- Provide market insight to Marketing, Engineering and Service teams, through visit reports

Qualifications we are looking for
- Minimum 10 years experience in a capital good sales environment. Experience with equipment sales to seafood, bakery or produce industries is a strong asset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
- Experience with international sales is an asset
- Experience in developing and managing channel partnerships is an asset
- Ability to negotiate and structure sales deals
- Ability and willingness to frequently travel locally and internationally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
