As a Level 2 IT Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to computer systems, networks, and software. You provide advanced technical support while collaborating with teams to optimize IT infrastructure. Your expertise ensures operational continuity and a seamless user experience.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 8:00 PM) - Rotational shifts with the IT team.
RESPONSIBILITIES (maximum 8)
- Process requests from our centralized ticketing system Octopus;
- Configure, install and support software, computers, printers and other computer equipment;
- Ensure the proper functioning of the computer equipment and see to the maintenance and repair of the latter;
- Ensure the proper functioning of office software, including Office 365, assist users and ensure optimal adherence to LCI Education's standard collaboration tools;
- Administer user accounts.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5 years of experience in technical support;
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and MAC operating systems;
- Experience in managing Office 365;
- Knowledge of SharePoint;
- Experience in creating sites and managing SharePoint access;
- Knowledge of PaperCut;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
