**We are hiring at ValPay for an Implementation Coordinator to join our growing Implementation team in Montreal**

The Implementation Coordinator is accountable for configuring and implementing parameters in various tools, platforms, and services and providing support to clients during implementation and technical issues.

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client onboarding, resolving issues, and driving successful implementations.

**What your day will look like**:

- Schedule and coordinate client implementations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing updates and addressing any concerns
- Take ownership of problem-solving, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain project timelines
- Follow up on client requests promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to unblock any obstacles that may impede the implementation process
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion

**About You**:

- Gritty, autonomous, self-motivated, and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the payment processing industry is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through changing priorities
- **Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written is essential, with French being advantageous**:
