Quality NDE, the largest distributor of Non-Destructive Testing products and equipment in Eastern Canada, is looking for Service Specialist and Inside Sales clerk. Our office offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere and is located in Cambridge, Ontario.

The main task of this job is to support the sale team, calibrate, repair and maintain a variety of Quality Control equipment (NDT).

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Install, maintain, repair, and calibrate a variety of quality control equipment at our clients' locations, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy (magnetic benches, demag, gaussmeter, shunt, x-ray system, liquid penetrant line dryer, film processor, radiation detection portal and more).
- Develop relationships with current and future customers while ensuring sales growth.
- Support the sale team with quotes, answering calls, customer support.
- Schedule regular visits to current and prospective customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs better.
- Maintaining the customer database.
- Receive and ship goods according to the purchase orders and prepare the bill of ladings.
- Any other duties related to the job.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Vocational Diploma in Industrial Electronics, or equivalent training in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in repairing industrial electronic equipment, demonstrating a strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes.
- Developed manual dexterity, capable of performing repair and assembly tasks with precision and efficiency (mechanical and electrical).
- Strong public relations skills with some experience in sales.
- Dynamic and self-sufficient, you will have to work alone or as a team.
- Proficient with computer software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc., for managing documentation and communications.
- Valid driver's license, necessary for travel to our client locations and operational needs.
- Ability to occasionally travel to the United States for training and specific assignments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to broaden your skills and knowledge.
