**Technical Objectives**
- Builds relationships and creates strong communication channels with project staff and hiring managers across the company.
- Reviews resumes for appropriate skills and qualifications.
- Administers onboarding process for each employee ensuring that all hires receive a consistent and positive experience.
- Updates Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment and onboarding cycle and ensuring all data is accurate.
- Generates reports as required.
**Key Characteristics**
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including craft, project management, corporate management, client representatives, and outside regulatory authorities.
- Must excel at co-ordination, organization, written and verbal communication skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem solver with the ability to provide innovative solutions to resolve issues effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing requests and consistently responds to all queries with a positive and forward-thinking mind-set.
- Experience working with Provincial Apprenticeship Training Authorities considered an asset.
**Education**
- Minimum 1-3 years of technical recruitment experience.
- Post Secondary Education in a related discipline is considered an asset.
