**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a progressive human resources role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and standard procedures and Alberta Employment Code
- Detail-oriented with intuitive judgment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality under any circumstances
- Ability to balance multiple projects and handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in-office
- Experience working in restaurant/retail/food industry is an asset
- Experience with HCM Dayforce is an asset
- Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent is required

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Complete all tasks for full-cycle recruitment including:

- Research (requirements, qualifications, industry standards)
- Creating job descriptions
- Building applicant pool
- Drafting offer letters
- Pre-employment onboarding
- Ensure all procedures abide by the legal frameworks in regards to employment standards and human rights as well as diversity and inclusivity
- Facilitate positive working relationships between the HR department, Store employees, and other Operations Office departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting needs, processes, and updates assisting wherever necessary
- Building relationships with post-secondary institutions, communities, and high schools to organize and attend career fairs
- Develop and update interview templates to reflect positional requirements
- Maintain comprehensive plans and programs that contribute to meeting company goals and objectives

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Work Environment: In-Person, Stony Plain Operations Office
- Salary Range: $52,000 - $57,000 / year
