**JOB OVERVIEW**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Analyze and resolve users’ issues on SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft From, Power APP, Power BI, Power Automate, MS Teams, MS Planner, MS Project, MDM, and other Microsoft services.
- Resolve assigned cases/tickets, and change requests, and acts as an escalation point for O365 issues.
- Must be a self-starter and can work independently as well as within a tightly formed team
- Aid in the development of long-term strategic goals for the enterprise messaging and collaboration environment to include Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft services
- Develop, implement, and support organizational Team sites
- Adhere to technical policies, standards, best practices, and the organization's Change Management procedures
- Identify technology enhancements that would improve overall user experience and feature offerings
- Provide and maintain clear, concise, and customized documentation that is appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactively identify and successfully troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner, provide leadership updates on problem resolution, and provide progress reports to customers and management on a regular basis
- Support the IT team on other related projects
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and its regulations and Canadian Cancer Society health & safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in an area of specialty or equal certifications
- 3 years of experience in cloud computing technologies, with a strong understanding of modern computing trends
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology and cloud computing, cloud networks.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Azure cloud Platform, Active Directory, DNS, Cloud VPN, PowerShell, Web servers, Azure SQL server, MS SharePoint, MS CRM, MS Teams, Project server, Exchange server, HTML, CSS, Team foundation server, visual studio
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and file servers
- Solid understanding of network components, virtual machine hosting and support, and public cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Good people skill
- Good verbal and written communication skills along with proven interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and ability to schedule and book meetings with various users to review the scope and help users move their files to SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to details are necessary attributes
- Eagar to learn about new cloud technologies and tools
- Proven ability to understand and interpret the data to provide truly meaningful reporting
- Works effectively on independent projects and within a small team environment
- Able to balance multiple assignments while managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong data manipulation and visualization skills
- Strong written, analytical, organizational, planning, and communication skills
- MS Office Suite, particularly components used for visualization
- Experience in Cloud Security
- Experience in a non-profit organization is an asset
- Solid understanding of PCI DSS requirements and previous experience working with PCI-compliant systems
- Familiar with Azure DevOps
