About the Role

We are looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to lead the design and deployment of cloud-based solutions aligned with business requirements. As a Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and technical requirements to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design system solutions that meet business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analytical Proficiency:
    • Analyze business processes and technical requirements to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design system solutions that meet business and technical needs.
  • Technical Translation:
    • Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
    • Assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
  • Requirements Management:
    • Oversee the lifecycle of business requirements from gathering and documentation to validation and implementation.
  • Integration and Process Mapping:
    • Integrate new systems with existing infrastructures.
    • Map business processes for seamless operations.
  • Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to standards promoting system quality, scalability, and security.
    • Align solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Analysis:
    • Collect, document, and analyze business requirements and user stories.
    • Ensure documentation is comprehensive and technically sound.
  • Solution Validation:
    • Validate developed solutions through testing and feedback to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Deployment and Transition Support:
    • Support the deployment of new systems or features.
    • Facilitate smooth transitions with user training and documentation.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Communicate clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals.
  • AWS Technical Knowledge:
    • Apply familiarity with AWS services to design and deploy cloud-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
