Talent Acquisition Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
**In this role you will**:
- Work cohesively with members of the HR team, maintaining close working relationship, sharing information which enables effective hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, becoming familiar with each position, team, and management style of areas of talent acquisition to effectively identify top talent.
- Maintain strong relationships with 3rd party organizations including recruitment agencies, community partners and other vendors.
**You have**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Marketing, or other relevant discipline and/or minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (agency or in-house)
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, offer process.
- Well-developed interview skills, conducts interviews in a professional, positive and thorough manner, follows processes and guidelines while ensuring detailed information is gathered to ensure informed, confident decision making.
- Excellent relationship building skills, capable of partnering with stakeholders, inspires trust and confidence and projects a polished, professional image.
- Able to use a range of technology; Microsoft Office, ATS/HRIS systems
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to be available in all locations and transport items to job fairs, etc (Nice to have).
- Fluent in French and/or Spanish an asset
